Internal Sales Engineer (Female)

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Internal Sales Engineer (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Sales Engineers to understand client requirements and prepare tailored offers. You will be responsible for following up with clients after sending the offer and supporting the Sales Engineers in driving business growth.‍

• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to gather and understand client requirements.
• Prepare detailed offers and quotations based on client needs and company products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely feedback and successful deal closure.
• Work alongside the Sales Engineers to identify opportunities and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, offers, and follow-up activities.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed about our instrumentation products.

• ‍Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical) or Diploma in Engineering.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in instrumentation or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation products (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in preparing technical offers and quotations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Sales-Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. This field-based role involves visiting customers, building relationships, generating leads, and assisting customers in selecting the right products for their applications while meeting sales targets.

• Lead Generation: Actively identify potential customers in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Process Automation, and Chemicals.
• Customer Engagement: Visit customers to understand their specific requirements related to instrumentation products like pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
• Solution Offering: Propose suitable solutions from our product range, including brands like WIKA, Baumer, Dwyer, and Tylok, to address customer needs.
• Business Conversion: Convert potential leads into customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with customers to generate repeat business and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Travel allowances for customer visits, including fuel expenses.
